How can I subscribe to Stellarbox?

You can subscribe by clicking the ‘Subscribe' button located at the top right-hand side of the page. This will take you to where you can select & customise your subscription, the rest we take care of!

Do I need to subscribe or can I purchase Stellarbox as a one-off box?    

We understand that a subscription may not be the right option for everyone, which is why we have ensured that a one-off purchase is available. This is also a great option if you'd like to gift the box to a loved one!

Can I choose which sanitary products I will receive in my subscription?

Yes! We all menstruate differently and have our own personal preferences, so we know it's important that you are able to customise & choose which sanitary products you need based on your flow! You will have the choice between Certified Organic Cotton Regular/Super Tampons and Natural Bamboo Regular/Overnight Pads. 

Can I select the self-care products I'll receive in my subscription?

Nope – we've done it for you! We want your StellarBox subscription to make you feel excited & surprised, as if you're receiving a gift! We have carefully sourced and tested the products that will be included in each subscription box, so we know you will love them, because we do! We know some people can't wait when it comes to surprises, so keep an eye out for some sneak peeks through our Instagram page each month ;)

Can I make changes to my subscription plan?

Of course! You can make changes to your subscription preferences through the customer portal which can be accessed via the ‘Log-in’ Page. Please note, any changes to subscriptions must occur no later than 2 business days prior to the 23rd day of each month. If your changes occur after this cut-off, you will be billed as normal and receive your subscription box. Requested changes will then take place for the next billed subscription date.

Are all the products included in StellarBox made in Australia?

We have worked very hard to source Australian made/owned products as we believe in the importance of supporting small Australian businesses & showcasing the amazing products that are available. However, in some cases from time to time, you may receive a product in StellarBox that isn't Australian made & owned - this will be because we just love it too much to not share it with you! For example, the amazing brand that we use for our sanitary products – TSUNO, is a Melbourne-based, female-owned, social enterprise that manufacture their products overseas.

Are the products included in StellarBox cruelty-free?

Absolutely! We are huge animal lovers and very much against animal cruelty and testing, so we have ensured that every product we offer is cruelty-free. 

How is StellarBox eco-friendly?

We have done a lot of research into the use of eco-friendly packaging and products, as we understand the significance and need to look after the environment and ourselves. Here is a breakdown of what we use:

  • 100% home compostable mailer bags by Hero Packaging 
  • Our mailer box, flyers and box filler are all made from 100% recycled paper
  • We use sustainable paper stickers that are FSC certified and made using acid-free paper & soy-based inks
  • Acid-free tissue paper (biodegradable)

I've received my box and a product is damaged, what do I do?

If any item in your box is damaged, please send an email to help@stellarbox.com.au containing your order number, a description and photo evidence of the damage within 3 days of receiving your order. We will endeavour to provide you with a replacement of the damaged product, subject to stock availability. If we are unable to replace the product, you will be given a full refund for the cost of the individual product. 

We do not refund any open or used products and replacements/refunds are solely at our discretion.
